  • Service provided by La Casa de los Pixeles de RL d CV hereforth denominated as “The Agency”, established in Puebla, Puebla, Mexico
  • Our websites are developed based on premium templates edited directly on WordPress and Elementor Pro, this means there is no previous design. Our team of experts will look for the best template options for the business that you wish to develop.

Our Agency offers hosting services supported on shared Cloudways’ servers and.COM domains hired directly from Godaddy. 

  • The client can choose whether they use the presented domain and hosting for one year for free or use their our resources from the start:
    • In case the client wishes to acquire the presented domain and hosting offered by the Agency for the first year. The client doesn’t have to do any other requests and will enjoy the benefits provided freely for the first year, after the first year the client will have to pay a renewal fee to keep the domain and hosting offered by the agency. Failure to pay will result in the immediate suspension of the service and blocking of the site.

The domain the agency provides for the first year is a :COM domain, which is subject to the name’s availability (the domain is unique and there can be no identical names under any circumstance).

  • If the client decides to purchase their own hosting service, at the end of the development stage, the client is free to request the full backup of the site. The Agency will only be responsible for delivering a ZIP file with the contents of the entire website. This means the client is responsible for mounting the website on their chosen server and linking it to the domain. The Agency is not responsible for any error in configuration and/or data loss.
  • Our products are developed in an estimated timeframe of 72 hours, depending on if the client has all the information ready, meaning texts, logos, and images to populate the site.
  • To hire our services all a client needs to do is send their contact information and an advisor will get in touch with them to provide the necessary information and collect the requirements for their business. If the client wishes to hire our services they won’t have to pay the downpayment until a template has been chosen to develop their website. Thus, we only require approval to provide the proposed templates.
    • We require a downpayment of 50% once the client has approved the template to be used for the development of their site and will start development.
    • The remaining 50% payment will be required once the client approves the completed website, content, sections, images and extra information. The Agency will keep the site as private until the final payment has been fulfilled. Afterwards the Agency will provide the access code and  ZIP file with the site’s backup to the client.
  • The websites do not generate any hidden charges or fees, however, hosting and domain services must be renewed every year without exception. The cost for the renewal of a standard site is $150 USD. The cost for the renewal of an Ecommerce site is $250 USD. If the client chooses to rnw the hosting and domain services, the Agency will provide a complete optimization process of the website, which includes: 
    • Plugin update
    • Security point check
    • Loading optimization
    • From 2 to 4 hours of changes and updates to the site,
  • The client has the option to request extra changes or new modules to the website. The cost will be dependent on the time the Agency has to work to address them. Our standard rate is $28 USD per hour or fraction.
  • Our products have a 15 day guarantee upon delivery. Changes requested outside the initial scope of the project will be subject of a new quote. If changes are made by a third party outside the Agency, the Agency cannot be held accountable for any errors or problems in the website and the guarantee will be voided.

After the first year of service the Agency is not accountable for any loss of information or problems in functionality of the website.

  • Our services and process is 100% online, so there will not be any face to face meetings. All meetings will be carried out through Google Meet.
  • The Agency cannot be held responsible for the content used by the client. The client is fully responsible for the ownership of all content and images presented to the Agency.
    • The Agency has commercial use images and if the client needs to use them for their site, they will be provided free of charge.
    • The Agency will assume that all copyright and information presented by the client is legitimate and cannot be held accountable in any legal matter regarding the content provided by the client. The Agency will be limited only as a website development provider.
